This includes board-level responsibility within the EV sector, notably serving as Chief Operating Officer at Gemini Rail Services / ADC and as Operations Director within start-up and scale-up businesses such as Lunaz. These roles demanded not only strategic oversight, but hands-on delivery — embedding new processes, improving manufacturing performance, building operational capability, and supporting new business development in highly regulated, safety-critical environments.
